One year ago this morning we were sitting in our bus in Alabama, watching Hurricane Irma make landfall in the Florida Keys - where we had left our boat tied up in Marathon.
We were extraordinarily blessed to have gotten through the experience with little damage - unlike so many around us.
Today we're still in Florida, this time snuggled up in a hurricane hold in the northern part of the state - tracking Hurricane Florence as she eyes the Carolinas. Still with in a wobble's chance of being impacted.
In this video we reminense about this time last year, share why we're still in Florida and some of the tools we use for tracking these storms to try to stay ahead in activating our hurricane plans.
